Using our 25 years of experience our team of designers and landscape architects will work with you to develop a design brief specific to your lifestyle, residence and site’s unique qualities that can be then refined and developed further to be used independently or in conjunction with our landscape and pool construction services.
Our Design Studio Process.
01 Consultation
Every design that the Franklin Group team produce is carefully and intelligently crafted. Our designers will meet with you to discuss your wish list, identify your lifestyle needs now and into the future as well as gather any site-specific information — space, size and orientation, light, climate and character.
02 Concept Plan
We’ll present a set of detailed drawings interpreting our shared vision for your new garden, landscape or swimming pool. Optional 3D renders will be available to assist with visualising what your new space might look like.
Based on your feedback of the concept plans our team will make alterations and amendments to ensure the landscape design suits all your needs.
You will then receive a digital copy of your landscape plan, these drawings will include the information you need to begin your project, from detailed elevations to proposed materials and suggested plants.
03 Working Drawings
Following the conceptual design phase, our team can offer full working drawings of your landscape design if required. These drawings can be used for the tendering process and the constructions of your new landscape.
