Placed on a street highly exposed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic, this site was in need of a transformation that perfectly suited a  variety of viewers, including audiences and fans of the Aussie hit TV show The Block.

The Block 'Glasshouse' was a challenging project that brought together various different areas, common spaces and a streetscape design. As part of Franklin's design solutions, an inviting lush space and a curved planter bench was introduced to the central building courtyard located in the upper levels of the building.
